Online registration is mandatory for all participants.
To secure your place at the event, please complete the online registration form. Early registration is strongly recommended, as the number of participants may be limited.
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Closer to the event, all registered participants will be provided with further details regarding the program, venue, and any necessary instructions.
Please note that participation is only guaranteed upon successful registration. On-site registration will not be available. If you have any questions regarding the process or encounter technical difficulties, do not hesitate to contact the organizing team.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES
- Early Bird Registration: until January 10, 2026
- Standard Registration: from January 11 to May 15
- Late / On-site Registration: from May 16 until the Conference

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
01. For participants:
- Local VAT and all rgistration fees
- Access to all scientific sessions and poster presentations
- Symposium materials (program, abstract book, badge)
- Coffee breaks and lunches during the Symposium
- Welcome Reception
- Gala Dinner
02. For students:
- Same as regular participant (proof of student status required)
03. For accompanying persons:
- Access to Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner
- Participation in social program and excursions (if applicable)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
01. Terms & Conditions for registrations:
- Registration is valid only after payment is received
- Payments must be made in EUR by bank transfer
- In order to qualify for the Student Fee, proof of enrollment (student ID or confirmation letter from supervisor) is required
02. Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations received before March 1,2026 – full refund minus administration fee of 50,00 EUR
- Cancellations received from March 2 to May 15, 2026 – 50% refund
- No refund for cancellations after May 16, 2026
- Name substitutions are allowed until June 15, 2026
- Refunds are made within seven to ten days of receiving the cancellation
- If a cancellation is made within 30 days of the start of the conference, the refund is made after the event. Applies only for special approvals.
