After the symposium, join us for a unique post-conference experience exploring the charming wine roads of Istria and Dalmatia. We offer two exceptional post-conference tour options, each designed to provide you with a unique and memorable experience.

If you would like to join one of the tours, we kindly ask you to register in advance by selecting your preferred option in the registration form below. Early registration is recommended, as the number of participants for each tour is limited. The deadline to register for the post-conference tour is April 15, 2026. Additional seats will be announced if availability allows.

Day 1 –  Start your journey from Zagreb to the enchanting hilltop town of Motovun. Savor exclusive tastings at legendary wineries Roxanich, Kozlović, and Kabola, then unwind with a delicious dinner and overnight stay in the charming coastal town of Poreč.

Day 2 – Explore hidden gems of Brtonigla and Novigrad, visiting boutique wineries . Enjoy authentic Istrian cuisine paired with local wines and a leisurely lunch before returning to Zagreb, enriched by unforgettable tastes and stunning landscapes.

Day 1 –  From Zagreb to the shimmering Adriatic: enjoy a seaside tasting at Testament Winery near Šibenik, known for its ocean-view vineyards and high-quality, indigenous wines. A gentle vineyard walk and a relaxed dinner in Primošten set the tone for the days ahead.

Day 2 – Discover the hidden charm of Kaštela’s wine scene, with a hands-on workshop and lunch featuring native grape varieties. Arrive in Split for an afternoon at your own pace, followed by a festive wine-paired dinner in the heart of Dalmatia.

Day 3 – Head inland to the dramatic landscapes of Imotski. Explore the stunning Blue and Red Lakes and taste the elegance of Grabovac wines before enjoying a traditional countryside lunch – a perfect farewell to an unforgettable wine adventure.

Participation in the post-conference tours requires advance registration and is subject to availability.

A place on the selected tour will be confirmed only after full payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by the organizing agency. Submission of the registration form alone does not guarantee a confirmed place.

The registration deadline is April 15, 2026, or earlier if the maximum capacity is reached.

Please note that payments for the post-conference tours are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted only in exceptional circumstances and subject to prior approval by the event organizer.
