

XIV International Symposium on Grapevine Breeding and Genetics

The XIV International Symposium on Grapevine Breeding and Genetics (GBG 2026) was successfully held from June 28 to July 3, 2026, in Zagreb, Croatia, bringing together researchers, breeders, students, and industry professionals from around the world to exchange knowledge, foster collaborations, and discuss the latest advances in grapevine breeding and genetics.
The Symposium was organized by the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Zagreb, in collaboration with the Institute for Adriatic Crops and Karst Reclamation Split, the Institute of Agriculture and Tourism Poreč, the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences Osijek, and the International Viticulture and Enology Society (IVES).
