Online booking is mandatory for all participants and is made during your registration process.
To secure your room, please complete the online registration form. Number of rooms are limited.
Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
Please note that room is confirmed after the payment has been made, and you have recived a booking confirmation.
We’ve arranged several hotel options for participants attending the Symposium. Rooms have been secured at a special rates for Symposium attendees, and are available throughout the symposium dates.
Accommodation is available from June 28th to July 3rd, 2026. For dates outside the Symposium, please contact the technical organizer.

All prices are listed per room, per night and VAT. The city tax of 1.59 EUR per room per night is not included in the rate and will be charged during the booking process. We recommend booking early, as the number of rooms is limited.

Check-out: until 12:00
Services such as minibar, telephone, spa treatments, laundry and ironing, and similar amenities are not included in the room rate and will be charged separately.
Please note that parking is also available at an additional cost.
Cancellation is free of charge until March 1st, 2026. After this date, full payment will be charged.
